Best in the West.

We certainly do good sunsets here!

This was a lovely end to a not so lovely day, but I'll not talk about that. Car troubles are not really what we need right now!

On happier news I am delighted to be able to announce the winners of our Carers Week Competitions today.

In the Adult carers competitions May Thompson won the writing category, with her lovely poem 'Making carers visible', and in the Arts & Crafts category Karen Liversedge won with her fun photo of 'Tufty Plays Piano'. Well done ladies.

And in the Young Carers Arts & Crafts Competition, 10 year old Alyssa Spreadbury won with her fabulous artwork. Well done Alyssa, and all the young carers who entered. So much talent!

And next week I'll be starting a knitting group on Zoom, so please get in touch if you'd like to join.

I wonder what tomorrow will bring?

There's never a dull moment just now.

Mairi
