We all know the benefits of nature on our health and wellbeing, and I'm sure you've heard me going on enough about how lucky we are to live in such a beautiful part of the world, where it's relatively easy for us all to get out in the fresh air and enjoy the countryside, so when I received an email today about 'The Big Draw' I just had to share it.
