When I posted this photo online a couple of days ago someone asked me what the pink things in the foreground were, and thought they were birds. That made me smile. Imagine if they were a flock of tiny flamingos! Wouldn't that be lovely.
Have you any photos that look like something they're not? Why not send them in to me at mairi@northargyllcarers.org.uk and I can share them online.

Our wild flowers seem to be excelling themselves this year, and everywhere I walk I see carpets of flowers that change as the days pass. Primroses have been replaced by bluebells, and the bluebells will be replaced with?
It's a lovely way to make our walking more mindful - step softly and slowly, noting what's beneath and around your feet with each step.

I'm going to be running my Mindfulness Group on Zoom soon, so please let me know if you'd like to join me.
I look forward to hearing from you.
