It's always good to have something to look forward to, and I'm pleased to have my calendar for January all ready to share.
I look forward to seeing all the old faces and hopefully lots of new ones joining me in 2024.
Groups re-start on Monday 8th January with our Mindful Walk from the Corran Halls to Dunollie and back. There's always something new to see and it's a chance to chat with other carers while enjoying a relaxing hour together. And it really is lovely in all weathers!
We walk at a leisurely pace and it's suitable for all levels of fitness.
If you're in a challenging caring role then I can recommend our Carers Connections Group on Thursday mornings. We meet at the Great Western Hotel at 11.00am, and provide a safe and confidential place for carers to provide peer support to one another. It really does make a difference.
