Even Tufty was looking bedraggled yesterday in the awful weather! Glad to see he's back to his fluffy self this morning.

In yet another attempt to entice him into the 'squirrel house' I have removed the peanut feeder. No doubt the birds will manage to empty the squirrel house before he finds it!

I had some lovely news from the lady who received our box of 'Teddies for Tragedies', and they're on their way to the Philippines along with about another 200 teddies, where they will help children suffering during the pandemic and severe flooding, to help them forget those weeks of terror. How wonderful. I think we'll be knitting more teddies next year!

You can join our knitting bee on Zoom by emailing me -

If you don't know how to knit, we can teach you.

Knitting is a great way to pass the time, and a very mindful activity. Why not join us? We can even give you some knitting needles and wool to get started.
