It definitely pays to get up early!
Yesterday I was off work on a Bank Holiday for the first time in 10 years, so sorry for not blogging. I did mean to, but the day ran away with me.
I got up at 5.30am, thinking it was 6.30am, so as the sun was shining I headed out with the dog for a walk. What a stunning morning. I'd spotted this sea of sea pinks last week, and just had to work out how to reach them.
Back home by 8.00am I had a busy day of gardening, followed by my first doorstep photo shoot later in the afternoon. Lovely. (And some money donated to Young Carers)

I was so busy yesterday that I rarely looked at my phone, so I haven't found any links to share today. We all need some time away from technology though, so make sure you give yourself some. I also find 'silencing' my phone is good as it's much more relaxing not to be interrupted every few minutes by the 'ping' of something arriving or being posted online. Give it a try today.
Yesterday I also made some cakes for the West Coast Motors bus drivers, as I miss going to work on the bus, and they're doing a great job. I see the bus (only one a day now) passing my window every day as I'm working. It was great to catch up with Daz, and I hadn't realised how tall he was :))))
