Another dreich old day, so here's the full picture of my gorgeous Nepalese brolly to cheer you up.
New restrictions from Monday, which will scupper a lot of people's plans again. I think it's getting impossible to plan anything ahead.
Thank goodness for the internet!
Yesterday our Knitting Bee got together and we shared stories and had a laugh, and we all felt a lot better afterwards. Of course it's not quite the same as meeting up and having a hug, but we're getting used to this new normal.
And last night 3 of us pals laughed our heads off at the nonsense we managed to create on Facetime, when we were all feeling really fed up about our plans to do something together being scuppered yet again.
So please get in touch if you'd like to join any of our online Zoom things. It's much better than sitting home alone, honest! And please don't be put off by the technology. I will be delighted to talk you through getting connected. All you need is Wi-Fi and a laptop, tablet or smartphone.
